Our client, Markland Properties (Hudson Bay Company of Toronto, Canada) retained J. Michael Poellot to design it’s award-winning 27-hole course which includes a 5-star Hyatt Regency Resort, office park and residential neighborhoods housing over 5000 people. Golf Digest has included the Gainey Ranch among the “Top 75 Golf Resorts in the United States” and Golf Magazine has ranked the golf course among the “Top 100 Resorts in the World”
